Breakfast for Dinner

When it comes to breakfast foods, they’re universal and there are endless possibilities. If you’re like me, morning hours aren’t the only time you consume breakfast foods. Breakfast for dinner is not only acceptable, it’s the best night of the week!

The day and night time hours are actually a better time to make a nice breakfast, because you have time to really work on your master piece. For your next non-morning breakfast cravings, I challenge you to try one of these recipes that are outside of the box!

Ramen Burger


I bet by the name you’re already having your doubts. But trust me, it is to die for!  The ramen noodles give the prefect crunch, that a normal waffle can’t provide.

Here’s what you do:

  1. Boil the ramen in the usual way. Drain and let them cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk up
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tablespoons white flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 1/2 packet chicken flavoring
  3. Add the noodles and mix together with your hands. Split the mixture between two sections in your waffle maker and cook on the darkest setting.
  4. Build your breakfast sandwich.
